Fran held a machinima workshop on July 21, 2025, during the Summer of Fun at VWEC. The class showed you how you can set up your computer to record video in Second Life using a free open-source application called OBS. It also showed you how to isolate a portion of your screen as a video frame, leaving the rest of your screen available for chat windows, etc. If you are interested in helping out with video recording at VWEC, VWBPE or other events, or just want to learn this exciting tool, this was a great class on the fundamentals.
