The Virtual Worlds Education Consortium July Quarterly Meeting was July 9, 2025. At the Quarterly Meeting we explored how educators, students, and lifelong learners can collaborate to navigate the evolving landscapes of the metaverse. We were honored to welcome Dr. Tom Boellstorff, cultural anthropologist and author of “Coming of Age in Second Life”, who shared insights and lead a discussion on how we can work across disciplines, generations, and platforms to make virtual spaces more accessible, inclusive, and meaningful for education.
